Job Details:

Position Title: Chief Manager HR
Location: Karachi
Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Proven expertise across all HR domains, including strategic HR, HR operations, and policy governance.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices.
• Design, implement, and manage performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal frameworks.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, grading structures, and annual salary review cycles.
• Design workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and talent pipeline strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
