Job Details:

Position Title: Assistant Manager HR
Location: Head Office – Karachi
Qualification: Minimum B.Com/BBA (4 Years) or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Public Administration , or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations, including employee lifecycle management.
• Handle comprehensive payroll functions, including overtime, allowances, deductions, income tax matters, leave administration, and payroll compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases.
• Support Organizational Development (OD) initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws.
• Coordinate audit and compliance-related activities, including documentation and responses.
• Address management queries and provide HR support to departments.
• Hands-on experience with HR software / HRIS.
